Talent Management concepts and industry practices

Ms. Girija Shetty conducted four workshop sessions for III Semester HR Specialization students from Batch 2020-22 on Talent Management concepts and industry practices to manage talent. Indeed the sessions were enriching and students learned so much about the HR Profession as she shared her 15 years of her HR journey. Dr. Shailaja Hiremath coordinated the sessions conducted from 23rd to 27th May 2022.
