KLS IMER organized a one-day Workshop on Student Internship Program on 12th October, 2023. During the Workshop the students were given inputs on insights on internship, internship guidelines and procedures, role of e-resources in report building and research methodology and data analysis tools to be used for the internship project. The resource person for the workshop were Dr. Mahantesh Kuri, Assistant Professor, RCUB, Prof. Shrirang Deshpande, Assistant Professor, KLS IMER, Mr. Srinivas, Training Management EBSCO, Mr. Gurumurty, Assistant Management, Capitaline and Prof. Savitha Kulkarni, Assistant Professor, KLS IMER. Prof. Shrirang Deshpande Welcomed the Resource Persons and the participants for the Workshop. Dr. Arif Shaikh, Director, KLS IMER gave the introductory remarks highlighting the importance of internship in MBA Degree. Dr. Mahantesh Kuri gave the insights on how to approach the company, how data should be sort for, how the project should be prepared and how the project should get converted in to the publication. The Workshop was attended by the 2 nd Semester students of KLS IMER and the Workshop was coordinated by Prof. Shrirang Deshpande.
