KLS IMER organized an innovative management fest Samanvay 2023– An In-house Management Fest for its students on 18 th and 19 th of August 2023. The objective of Samanvay 2023 was to help students understand key management principals by organizing the event. Students of 2 nd Semester organized the event for their seniors of the 4 th Semester. The event was organized under the guidance of Shri R. S. Mutalik, Chairman, GC-KLS IMER with constant help and support from Dr. Arif Shaikh, director KLS, IMER. It was coordinated by all the Student IMF members with faculty coordinators Dr. Shreekant Naik, Mr. Ameet Kulkarni and Mr. Rahul Mailcontractor.

The event had many ingenious activities such as Best Manager, Crises Management, Paper Trading, Mad Ad, B Quiz, Escape Room, Marketing and Cultural event. Each team consisted of 8 members who participated in various activities. The inauguration function was held on Friday 18 th August 2023 at KLS IMER, Belagavi. Dr. Arif Shaikh, presided over the function. In his address he stressed the need of learning managements concepts by actions and how this event will help the students learn concepts like planning, coordinating, organizing, time management and leadership by conducting the event. Faculty coordinators Dr. Shreekant Naik, Mr. Ameet Kulkarni and Mr. Rahul Mailcontractor were present for the function.

All the activities planned were held over the course of two days followed by cultural events and valedictory function. Team CRUSADERS won the general championship of the event.
