CREDAI - Analysis of Unsold Residential Inventory (New) in Belagavi City by Team IMER

KLS IMER has done consultancy project on 'Analysis of Unsold Residential Inventory (New) in Belagavi City' for the year 2016 for CREDAI Belagavi Chapter. Consultancy team was comprising of Director Dr. Purushottam Bung, Prof. Shreekant Naik, Prof. Shailaja Hiremath, Prof. Sonal Revankar , Alumna Researcher Ms. Reshma Shinde along with 20 MBA students. This consultancy report was released in Hotel Sankam, Belagavi on 7^th Dec. 2016 on the occasion of AGM of CREDAI Belagavi Chapter. The report was released by District Commissioner Shri. N. Jayaram, City Corporation Commissioner Shri. Shashidhar Kurer and CREDAI President Mr. Qais Noorani in front of all CREDAI and non CREDAI members of Belagavi.

KLS IMER conducted a census survey of all the residential projects in Belagavi that were completed in the last year and that are under construction currently. Staff and students of IMER went from street to street in the city divided into 9 clusters and conducted the survey. In all 110 residential apartment projects were surveyed. President of CREDAI Belagavi Mr. Qais Noorani in his welcome address highlighted a few interesting findings of the report. KLS IMER Director Dr. Purushottam Bung presented the findings of the report to the audience.

DC Shri. N. Jayaram addressed the gathering and appreciated KLS IMER for presenting valuable findings from the consultancy project. DC Shri. Jayaram, City Corporation Commissioner Shri. Shashidhar Kurer and CREDAI President Mr.Qais Noorani felicitated KLS IMER and handed over certificate of appreciation to all consultancy team members.
