KLS IMER visited BEMCO Hydraulics, Pvt ltd Belagavi

Fourth Semester HR Specialisation of KLS IMER visited BEMCO Hydraulics, Pvt ltd Belagavi on 26-05-2018. During this visit the students learned the ground realities, Manufacturing and Recruitment process, statutory compliances such as ESIC, PF. Overall it was a wonderful learning experience which has made the students clearer about the industry Operations in a practical way, during the visit Students also discussed about “Make in India” and its impact with the staff of BEMCO.
