KLS Institute of Management Education & Research (IMER) conducted a one-day ZOHO analytics Training Workshop on 12th August 2025 at its campus, aimed at enhancing students’ competencies in business intelligence and CRM applications.The workshop was organised by Prof. Atul Kadam under the guidance of Director Dr. Arif Shaikh and facilitated by Mr. Raghvendra Chikkalkar & Sharad Noolvi.

By the end of the session, participants were able to:

Build complete dashboards using ZOHO One tools.

Gain hands-on exposure to business intelligence workflows.

 Present data-driven insights for real-world scenarios.

The training provided MBA students with practical, job-ready skills that align with industry expectations, reinforcing KLS-IMER’s commitment to value-added skill development initiatives.
