The International Women’s Day Celebration at KLS IMER was a grand and inspiring event, bringing together faculty members, students, and staff to honour the achievements and contributions of women. The theme for this year, "Accelerate Action," emphasized the importance of taking meaningful steps toward gender equality and empowerment.

The event commenced with a warm welcome by the host, Shivani Magdum and Siddhi Chougule set the tone for the celebration. The Director of KLS IMER, Dr. Arif Shaikh, delivered an insightful speech, highlighting the significance of women’s empowerment and their role in shaping society. Following this, Dr. Shailaja Hiremat shared her valuable thoughts, inspiring the audience with her words of encouragement.

A special address was delivered by Sonam, adding to the motivation and spirit of the event. One of the key moments was the appreciation segment, where the dedicated women staff of KLS IMER were honoured for their contributions with a token of gratitude.

The celebration concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to Dr. Arif Shaikh for his support, Mrs. Savitha Kulkarni for organizing the event, and the student volunteers for their efforts.
