1st Year HR specialization students got an opportunity to participate as recruitment associates in the “Recruit Top Talent”- Job Drive at JITO Jain Utsav 3.0-Belagavi on 27th & 28th August 2024. The event provided students with an opportunity to connect with candidates, network with HR Professionals representing industries of Belagavi. The students were able to learn the hands on recruitment process in well-organized recruitment fair. Mr. Jaydeep Lengade, Director- Aditya Consulting motivated the students to involve themselves in industry assignments.
