KLS IMER, Belagavi signed an MoU with Dr. Sathe’s Aarogya Mitra Foundation, Belagavi, on 27th October 2025 to promote health and wellness awareness among students and faculty. The MoU was signed by Shri Uday Kalkundrikar, Chairman GC KLS IMER, and Dr. Varsha Sathe, Founder of the Foundation.

This collaboration aims to conduct structured wellness programs covering physical, mental, and emotional well-being of staff, students and extended stakeholders. The institute’s Center for Ethics and Social Responsibility will coordinate the sessions. The initiative complements the Universal Human Values & Professional Ethics course offered to first semester students and strengthens institute's commitment to holistic student welfare.

The ceremony was graced by Shri R.S. Mutalik, Shri Raj Belgaumkar (Members GC KLS IMER), Dr. Arif Shaikh, Director KLS IMER, Dr. Shailaja Hiremath, Associate Professor, and team members Mrs. Trupti and Mrs. Sumati from the Foundation.
