KLS IMER signed an MoU on Friday 26 th July 2024, with CONNECT Dharwad an organization specialized in Corporate Training, Recruitment and other HR related services. The scope of this association is drawn with a mutual desire to collaborate to offer HR related services such as Training / Recruitment / Leadership and Culture Building to industries from Belagavi under the banner of KLS IMER and CONNECT. The collaboration intended, shall compliment the objectives of IMER HR-CONNECT, a forum initiated by KLS IMER to connect with HR professionals to enhance industry institute interface that benefits Management students. The MoU was signed by Mr. Girish Angadi-Director CONNECT and Shri R. S Mutalik, Chairman Governing Council KLS IMER. Dr. Arif Shaikh Director KLS IMER, Dr. Shailaja Hiremath Associate Professor (HR) and faculty members were present during the ceremony. Both the organizations will also be reaching out to educational institutions for conducting employability enhancement activities for students aspiring to make career in industry.
