An Alumni Interaction Session was conducted by Mr. Maruti Sadavar, Assistant Professor, Dept of MBA, GIT, Belagavi from 04-06 batch on 2 nd August 2025 at KLS IMER.

The topic of his discussion was “Career Decode”. He spoke on the various AI tools that can be learned to add value to one’s resume. He discussed on the importance of internships and told the students on the means to get a good internship at a reputed organization. He spoke on the knowledge, skills and attitude required to get a good job or start one’s own entrepreneurial journey. He also spoke on the means to crack interviews and building good profile on linkedin. The session was interactive and the students learned a lot from his experience sharing.

The session was coordinated by Mr. Rahul Mailcontractor under the guidance of Dr. Arif Shaikh, director, KLS IMER.
