Karnataka Law Society's Institute of Management Education and Research (KLS IMER), a premier B-School in North Karnataka, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with LEO Engineers Pvt. Ltd., a leading engineering solutions provider based in Belagavi, specializing in steam turbine packaging and industrial components.

This MoU aims to foster a long-term academic-industry partnership by jointly exploring opportunities in training, consultancy, project-based learning, and advisory support. The collaboration will promote knowledge sharing, skill development, and joint initiatives for the benefit of students, faculty, and industry professionals.

The MoU was formally signed by Shri R.S. Mutalik, Chairman, Governing Council of KLS IMER and Mr. Jaydeep Birje, Director, LEO Engineers, Mrs. Sonali Birje, HR Head, LEO Engineers in the presence of Dr. Arif Shaikh, Director, KLS IMER and Dr. Ajay B Jamnani, Associate Professor, KLS IMER.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Arif Shaikh, Director of KLS IMER, emphasized the importance of such collaborations in enhancing experiential learning and improving industry readiness among students. Mr. Jaydeep Birje expressed enthusiasm for jointly conducting technical workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and exploring research and consultancy opportunities.
