Dr. Shailaja Hiremath, Associate Professor – HR, recently conducted Campus to Corporate training sessions for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) at JSW Steel, Vijayanagar Steel Works, Toranagallu, Bellary (on 15th & 16th September 2025).

Her interactive sessions on Emotional Ecology and Collaboration Mind-set encouraged over 200 young engineers to reflect, participate actively, and adapt confidently to industry culture.

This training opportunity was extended through our MoU partner CONNECT Dharwad. KLS IMER Management and the Director Dr. Arif Shaikh appreciated this valuable industry engagement.
