KLS IMER (Autonomous), Belagavi, under the aegis of IQAC, successfully organized an Industry–Institute Interaction Session titled “Navigating the Career Maze” on 4th May 2026 at the institute auditorium.

The session was delivered by Neelesh Chougule, Founder Chairman & Managing Director of Creintors Group, Belagavi and Vice Chairman – CII Belgaum District.

The speaker engaged final-year MBA students with practical insights on career development, emphasizing the importance of identifying one’s interests, building confidence, and cultivating the right attitude. He highlighted the need to remain adaptable in a dynamic business environment, continuously explore opportunities, and commit to lifelong learning.

A key takeaway from the session was the importance of self- reflection—understanding the value one can add to an organization and society. The interactive session inspired students to approach their careers with clarity, purpose, and resilience.
