KLS IMER's Industry Institute Interface Cell organized an enlightening interaction session for its MBA students, featuring Mrs. Chetana Sarang, Founder and CEO of Dattamsh Edtech LLP.

Mrs. Sarang, a trailblazing entrepreneur with a strong academic background (B.E. in Biomedical Engineering, M.Tech. in VLSI Design and Embedded Systems, and PGD in Industrial Relations), shared her remarkable journey of overcoming challenges to become a pioneering woman entrepreneur in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science training. Her company has launched an innovative series of 8 AI learning grade books for school children, revolutionizing the education sector.

Mrs. Chetana spoke about her journey from being a teacher to a self-made Entrepreneur. She mentioned about the hurdles she faced at the start of her career due to Multidisciplinary qualification, challenges she faced pre and post Covid. She also spoke on the Women Empowerment. She explained about the attitude every individual needs to carry to be a successful entrepreneur. She also said that Entrepreneurship is a beautiful journey provided you are able to take up the challenges thrown at you every day with a smile.

The session, coordinated by Asst. Prof. Goutami Maganur and Asst. Prof. Rashmi Harti and was made possible by the meticulous efforts of Director Arif Shaikh. It aimed to bridge the gap between academia and industry, providing students with valuable insights into real-world applications of their studies and inspiring them to pursue entrepreneurial ventures.

The event was a testament to KLS IMER's commitment to fostering industry-institute collaborations, enriching the learning experience for students, and promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.
