The Industry Institute Interaction (III) Cell hosted a guest talk on 2nd January 2025 at 4:30 PM in the Auditorium of KLS IMER. Aishwarya Arvind Raikar, Founder of Musing Quills, a digital marketing company and a published poet, shared her entrepreneurial journey and insights.

She emphasized identifying passions and creativity as pathways to entrepreneurship, offering strategies to overcome startup challenges. Aishwarya also discussed the importance of developing a mindset that embraces risk and innovation. Encouraging students to become job providers rather than job seekers, she highlighted the potential for entrepreneurship to create impact.

She also offered job opportunities and internships in her company for eligible candidates. The session, attended by 115 students, was highly interactive, with students engaging in discussions and seeking advice, making the event a notable success. The feedback received was overwhelmingly positive, indicating the relevance and inspiration drawn from the talk.
