Mr. Sagar Madalgi our proud alumnus (Batch 2014-16) working at Sharp Software Development India, Bengaluru as HR Executive (Corporate Affairs) was invited to address 2nd Semester HR Specialization students (Batch 2023-25) on learning and development (L & D) and to share his journey from being HR student to HR Professional. He elaborated on L&D practices at his organisation and advised students to upskill themselves with contemporary courses on training methods and technology interventions in L &D domain. The session was organised by Dr. Shailaja Hiremath, Associate Professor-KLS IMER.
