Employee Development Program

Dr. Shailaja Hiremath, Associate Professor (HR) conducted an Employee Development Program "Gearing up for the Better Performance" for 20 employees of SBOF Private Limited, Belagavi on 30 December 2024 along with Mr. Omkar Sheri and Ms. Kshama Chougule, students of III Semester- HR Specialization . Ms Tejashwini Mane, HR Manager at SBOF and IMER alumna from 2020-22 batch organized the training.
