KLS-IMER organised an industrial visit to Decathlon, Hubballi, on January 12, 2026, as part of the Retail Management course. The visit was coordinated by Prof Atul R Kadam, with Prof Goutami M serving as faculty coordinator.

The visit aimed at providing students with practical exposure to contemporary retail practices, including store operations, inventory management and customer engagement strategies. Students interacted with industry professionals and gained insights into real-time retail operations, reinforcing classroom learning.

The initiative highlights KLS-IMER’s focus on experiential learning, with an emphasis on preparing students to meet industry requirements and enhancing their employability through hands-on industry exposure..
