KLS IMER's Industry Institute Interface Cell organized an enlightening interaction session for its MBA students, featuring Mrs.Akshata Tubaki, Founder and CEO of Makeup Academy.

Mrs. Akshata is a dynamic Women Entrepreneur who has been instrumental in creating 300+ Women Entrepreneurs in Makeup Industry in and around Belagavi. She spoke about her journey from being a management graduate starting her career in Industry to a self-made Entrepreneur. She enlightened the students about the opportunities in the Makeup Industry. She also spoke about various aspects of self- grooming and how important it is. She even threw light on how to build a brand and promote it through various media. She explained about the attitude every individual needs to carry to be a successful entrepreneur. At the same time she said to be a successful entrepreneur you need to believe in your dreams.

The session, coordinated by Asst. Prof. Rashmi Y Harti and Asst. Prof. Goutami Magnur and was made possible by the meticulous efforts of Director Arif Shaikh. It aimed to bridge the gap between academia and industry, providing students with valuable insights into real-world applications of their studies and inspiring them to pursue entrepreneurial ventures.

The event was a testament to KLS IMER's commitment to fostering industry-institute collaborations, enriching the learning experience for students, and promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.
