The session by Mr. Vinayak Lokur, MD-Expert Valve & Equipment Private Limited, Belagavi on "Business Excellence" at KLS IMER organized on 13th August 2024, was an eye opener towards how one approaches "Excellence" be it Business or Life.

Mr. Lokur shared his insights and discussed various aspects related to agility, innovation, sustainability and organizational competitiveness by understanding stakeholders needs and expectations and ways the excellent companies meet them consistently through continuous process improvement. Dr. Shailaja Hiremath and Prof. Sumanth Desai organized the session as a part of Total Quality Management Course offered to 4th Semester MBA students.

The session concluded with the questions to MBA students to ponder upon the impact of Leadership, Strategy, People, Partnership and Resources, Products and Processes and lastly the measurements of results on Business Excellence.
