The KLS Institute of Management Education and Research (IMER) is excited to present "Break the Comfort," a special and avant-garde theatrical workshop under the created especially for MBA II Semester students. This three-day training, which focusses on improving communication skills, is scheduled for August 22, 23, and 24, 2024. Dr Sushil Pare, Mrs. Savitha Kulkarni, and Mrs. Rashmi Harti, faculty members from KLS IMER, are coordinators of this event.

The workshop's resource person is Mr. Shivaraj Chavan, an actor, Director of theatre, and filmmaker. Drama and theatre are excellent mediums for promoting personal development and nonverbal communication development. This workshop aims to assist students in developing critical thinking, listening, voice modulation, conventional thinking, dialogue delivery, and teamwork, among other important abilities. Students engage in participatory activities, improvisations, and scene work.
