An Alumni Interaction Session was conducted by Mr. Pradeep Magnum, Deputy Manager, HDFC Bank, Belgaum from 2017-19 batch on 27 th July 2024 at KLS IMER. At the beginning of the session Dr. Arif Shaikh spoke to the students on importance of having strong Alumni connect and the initiatives taken by Institute to build strong Alumni Network. Mr. Pradeep Magdum interacted with the students on the topic “Banking Operations and Management”. He spoke to the students on Banking Operations, Managing Customer relationships, Types of Banking services, Difference between private and public sector banking and Banking Products.

He also discussed with the students on likely questions in an interview for Banking sector jobs and how to prepare for Banking Interviews.

The session was coordinated by Mr. Rahul Mailcontractor under the guidance of Dr. Arif Shaikh, director KLS IMER.
