Karnatak Law Society’s Institute of Management Education and Research (KLS IMER), Autonomous, Belagavi held an Alumni Meet on 16th September 2024.

Dr. Arif Shaikh, Director, KLS IMER welcomed the gathering and thanked the Alumni for being present in large numbers on the occasion and appreciated their efforts in providing guidance and support to their juniors. He spoke about the various initiatives at the institute and measures taken to strengthen the Alumni relations. He thanked Shri. R.S. Mutalik, Chairmain, G.C, KLS IMER and the management for guiding and supporting all the initiatives at the Institute.

Mr. Sunil Desai, Principal, Jain College of BBA BCA and Commerce, Belagavi and alumnus of 1 st Batch, 1991-93 and Amit Kalkundri, Co-founder & CEO, Paraspar Services Pvt Ltd and alumnus Batch 1996-98 were present on the occasion.

As a part of the Alumni meet, a panel discussion was held. The panel members included Mr. Amit Kalkundri, Co-founder & CEO, Paraspar Services Pvt Ltd, Mr. Rajesh Muchandikar, Business Developer & Owner, Shree Enterprises. Mr. Saurab Pote, Assistant Professor, VTU and Ms. Ketaki Khemlapure, Entrepreneur & Retail Jewellery Consultant. Mr Rahul Mailcontractor moderated the panel discussion. The topic of discussion was “Alumni, Institute Engagement and Measures to enhance Alumni relations.

The following alumni were felicitated for their achievements at the Alumni meet. Mr. Rajesh Muchandikar was felicitated for being elected as member of Belgaum Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Dr. Nandini Francis, Dr. Soumya Naik and Dr. Apeksha Gupte were felicitated for completing their PhD. The event was coordinated by Mr. Rahul Mailcontractor and Ms. Goutami Maganur under the able guidance of Dr. Arif Shaikh, Director KLS IMER.
