An Alumni Interaction Session was conducted by Mr. Kartik Yelavattimath, Co- founder & CEO – Small Miracles Child Development Centre & Early Learning Centre and Operations Manager – Arihant Hospital, Belagavi from the 2015-17 batch on 12 th July 2025 at KLS IMER.

With a strong foundation in team handling, project execution, and communication, Mr. Kartik was able to blend strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. He believes in being a “jack of many trades”, leveraging skills from across disciplines to build scalable, people-centric solutions. His entrepreneurial journey is a testament to the belief that business can be both profitable and purposeful.

The topic of his discussion was “Jack of All Trades or Master of One”. He spoke of the different situations in which one has to be jack of all trades and situations in which one has to be Master of one. He spoke on the pros and cons of both. His session was very interactive and he answered many questions from the students
