An Alumni Interaction Session was conducted by Mr. Shashidhar Chonnad, Partner, Chonnad Steel Corporation from 2014-16 batch on 20th April 2024 at KLS IMER. Students of 3rd Semester attended the session. The topic of his session was, How to turn a company which has come to a standstill into a profit making company? He spoke on the various strategies he adopted to streamline his business, optimize operations, manage working capital more efficiently and introduce innovative marketing strategies to double the turnover of his business. He spoke to the students on inculcating soft skills and developing hard skills to be successful in the business world. Dr. Arif Shaikh spoke to the students about the importance of Alumni Interaction Sessions and briefed them on various initiatives introduced by the Institute to help students gain the knowledge and skills necessary for a successful career. The session was coordinated by Mr. Rahul Mailcontractor under the guidance of Dr. Arif Shaikh, Director, KLS IMER.
